Aquarium Shipments

Aquariums take 2-14 Business to manufacturer and ship out depending on volume of aquariums in production at the time. All items order with an aquarium will be shipped out with/or at the same time as aquarium. Aquariums under 50 gallons will ship out standard ground. Aquariums over 50 gallons will ship out via freight.

Freight Shipping

On residential deliveries the freight company will call 24 hours in advance of delivery to set up a delivery time for your shipment. Business deliveries will drop off without a 24 hour in advance call. Aquariums must be inspected upon arrival and all damaged must be noted on delivery paperwork. If an aquarium is too damaged to be fixed (cracked) refuse the shipment and call us ASAP (941-484-6736) so we can get another aquarium produced as a replacement. Plan appropriately in advance for delivery as many aquariums will need more than 1 person to unload. The freight companies are only responsible to get the shipment to the back of the truck.

Non-Aquarium Order

Orders not containing aquariums ship out within 1-2 days of day order was placed.
